Mahankaleshwor Mahadev Temple

The temple is easily accessible from Jagati Chowk, Bhaktapur. From Jagati, it is a short drive or an approximately 20-25 minute walk uphill. Local buses and microbuses plying the Araniko Highway (Bhaktapur-Banepa route) can drop you off near Jagati, from where local transport or a taxi can be hired to reach the temple premises.

यो मन्दिर भक्तपुरको जगाती चोकबाट सजिलै पुग्न सकिन्छ। जगातीबाट छोटो ड्राइभ वा करिब २०-२५ मिनेटको उकालो हिँडाइमा मन्दिर पुग्न सकिन्छ। अरनिको राजमार्ग (भक्तपुर-बनेपा रुट) मा चल्ने स्थानीय बस तथा माइक्रोबसहरूले जगाती नजिक पुर्‍याउँछन्, जहाँबाट मन्दिर परिसरसम्म पुग्नका लागि स्थानीय यातायात वा ट्याक्सी भाडामा लिन सकिन्छ।

Basic amenities like small tea shops and local eateries are available near the temple premises, especially during festive seasons. For more comprehensive services, including ATMs, multi-cuisine restaurants, and accommodation, visitors can head back to the nearby Jagati area or the main city center of Bhaktapur.
