Mahyeshwor Mahadev

To reach Shree Mahyeshwor Mahadev Temple from Kathmandu Valley, one must pass through Suryabinayak Chowk in Bhaktapur and head towards Gundu. From Suryabinayak, you can hire a taxi or take a local bus to the main road near the temple in Gundu. A short, pleasant walk (about 10-15 minutes) through green and quiet surroundings is required from the main road to the temple premises. Limited parking facilities are available for private vehicles near the site. The temple is located approximately 4-5 kilometers from Bhaktapur Durbar Square.

काठमाडौँ उपत्यकाबाट श्री मह्यश्वर महादेव मन्दिरसम्म पुग्न भक्तपुरको सूर्यविनायक चोक हुँदै गुण्डुतर्फ लाग्नुपर्छ। सूर्यविनायकबाट ट्याक्सी वा स्थानीय बस चढेर गुण्डुको मन्दिर नजिकैको मुख्य सडकसम्म पुग्न सकिन्छ। मुख्य सडकबाट मन्दिरसम्म पुग्न छोटो पैदलयात्रा (लगभग १०-१५ मिनेट) गर्नुपर्छ, जुन बाटो हरियाली र शान्त वातावरणले भरिएको छ। निजी सवारीसाधनको प्रयोग गर्नेहरूका लागि मन्दिर नजिकै सीमित पार्किङ सुविधा उपलब्ध छ। यो स्थान भक्तपुर दरवार स्क्वायरबाट करिब ४-५ किलोमिटरको दूरीमा रहेको छ।

As the temple is situated in a more rural part of the municipality, large hotels and extensive facilities are not available directly on-site. Nearby amenities include: Shops selling religious items and offerings (Puja Samagri). Small tea/snack shops and local eateries. Water facilities and public restrooms (may be available within the temple complex). Health Post and Police Post (near the Gundu Ward Office). Better restaurants, cafes, and modern facilities are available at Suryabinayak Chowk

यो मन्दिर गाउँपालिकाको केही भित्री भागमा रहेकाले अत्यावश्यक बाहेकका ठूला होटल तथा सुविधा यहाँ उपलब्ध छैनन्। नजिकैका सुविधाहरू मा निम्न पर्दछन्: पूजा सामग्री तथा प्रसाद पसलहरू। सामान्य चिया/खाजा पसल र स्थानीय भोजनालयहरू। पानी र सार्वजनिक शौचालय (मन्दिर परिसरमा उपलब्ध हुन सक्छ)। स्वास्थ्य चौकी र प्रहरी चौकी (गुण्डु वडा कार्यालय नजिक)। सूर्यविनायक चोकमा (करिब ४ कि.मि.) राम्रो रेस्टुरेन्ट, क्याफे र अन्य आधुनिक सुविधाहरू उपलब्ध छन्।पलब्ध हुन्छ।
